Lynette Hines

Lynette is a recent hire to Procept Associates Training and Consulting team, although she has been a business analyst since the mid 90’s. Starting in financial services, her focus was electronic banking, including ABM and telephone banking, back-office processing, and the mortgage and small business lines of business (in both Canada and the West Indies). She spent a number of years with their corporate security group, focusing on governance, policy development, and predictive analytics in the internal fraud space. Lynette has spent 10 years working with a number of nonprofits: developing, implementing, and managing the governance framework; leading process improvement work packages; and developing, implementing and managing key policies.

During her time in the financial services she developed and delivered an internal course on business analysis and process reengineering. As well, she won several awards for her work on business process improvement projects.

Lynette has a B.A Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and MBA from the Ivey School of Business, and a Masters in Management Analytics from the Smith School of Business. Lynette is a member of IALEIA (International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts). Lynette is currently pursuing her PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
