In alignment with recent government actions, Procept is increasing the threat response level to level 3, the highest level in Procept's Infectious Disease Outbreak Plan. At level 3, we are canceling any face-to-face meetings, training events, or other interactions without written management approval. Such approvals will be given only after a case-by-case risk assessment and in close communication with impacted stakeholders.
As a result of this increase, Procept is canceling public training sessions we had scheduled over the upcoming four weeks. All impacted parties will have their prepaid tuition refunded. Most in-house corporate training sessions have already been canceled or rescheduled during this time period and the status of any outstanding sessions is being discussed with relevant parties.
