City of Vaughan Praises Procept's Performance

As part of its procurement department's vendor performance management programme, the City of Vaughan conducts a Vendor Performance Evaluation at the completion of contracts. Procept has been working under contract (RFP22-432) to the City for the past three years providing consulting, skills development, and training services to facilitate professional growth and increase internal capacity for organizational changes and related supports. In February 2026, the City of Vaughan completed its evaluation of Procept's performance under this contract.

The City evaluated Procept across 13 criteria covering scope quality, deliverables, customer service and communication, invoicing and cost management, and compliance with City policies and provincial legislation. Overall, the City rated Procept as Excellent with a satisfaction score of 95.38%. Procept scored "Good" in three areas and "Excellent" in the other ten areas.

While the score was high, Kevin Aguanno, Procept's president, was not satisfied, saying "Internally, Procept pursues a 100% client satisfaction target and has a rigorous continuous improvement program in place to identify, correct, and prevent re-occurrence of issues that may negatively impact client satisfaction. While this overall score is good, there is still room to improve and we are seeking specific client feedback that we can use to raise this score for the next time Vaughan evaluates us."
