As one of the early promoters of the ITIL framework for IT service management, Procept has stayed aligned with the standards as they have gone through changes from v2 through to the new v4. As v4 is rolled out in early 2019, Procept will be working in synch with AXELOS, the ITIL certification body. Our ITIL Foundations course is being updated to align with the new v4 standard and a suite of new v4 courses will be available in 2019 as AXELOS releases the various portions of the new standard.
