Terri Duguay

Terri Duguay is a certified change management specialist with a focus on organizational development, including change management, organizational design and learning and development strategies for organizations undergoing significant transformation. Terri has over 20 years of experience spanning a wide range industries including, financial services, retail and professional services.

Terri’s experience includes Change Management Consultant for Loblaw Corporation Limited, Organizational Development Consultant for Winners (TJX Canada), Organizational Development Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Human Capital Consultant for Deloitte Consulting, and Change Management Consultant for both CIBC and Scotiabank.

Her passion lies in working with leaders and employees to prepare them for the current climate of change; to provide knowledge, awareness and practical tools to not only survive change, but to also create the possibility to thrive through change, by finding the opportunity and potential that is inherent in disruption.

Terri holds a Master’s degree from York University in Toronto; is a certified Change Management Practitioner through Darryl Connor Partners in Georgia (USA), obtained her CHRP through Rotman School of Management in Toronto and is certified in Adult Training through George Brown College in Toronto.
