MARIA TROTT
Maria Trott is a Business and Project Management Consultant with over 20 years of project experience. She first started as a PM of large-scale clinical/academic research trials at McMaster University. Maria has further refined those skills with a migration to the business and information technology environments over 15 years ago. She has been exposed to a wide spectrum of corporate cultures, project and software engineering methodologies and capability maturity models. This experience has allowed Maria to easily adapt to, and address, her client’s specific needs. Maria has several consulting specialties in:
Maria holds a degree in Chemistry from McMaster University and she is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute. She also has been certified in People Change Management and Organizational Change. Maria instructs the Leadership, Relationship and Change course for Procept.
