B.Sc. Physics, B.Ed., M.Sc. Physics

Jean-Claude Audet is a highly experienced Program Manager and Systems Engineering Manager in aviation and aerospace as well as high tech. He has extensive expertise in defining program requirements, generating and managing RFPs and proposals, and negotiating and managing contracts. Audet has a successful history of customer support and suppliers management through his wide-ranging international work experience with commercial and military aviation programmes and operations.

Audet is also a licensed Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) with extensive experience in flight training, charter operations, and flight testing. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and has a B.Sc. Honours Physics, a B.Ed. and a M.Sc. in Physics.

Audet's aviation adventure began when he enrolled in the Canadian Air Force. His 20 year military aviation career spanned both the world of fighter aircraft and the world of maritime patrol aircraft where he was actively involved in aircraft operations, support, and flight testing, as well as most other aspects of military aviation operations. He held teaching posts at the College Militaire Royal and at the CF School of Aerospace Engineering, and he completed his military aviation career with an assignment on major acquisition programs where he served in program management and systems engineering management roles.

Leaving the Air Force, jean-Claude Audet continued his growth in aviation with Bombardier Aerospace as Chief Systems Integrator for the Bombardier Regional Jet (CRJ-100/200) and Challenger, with the Dornier-Luftfarht Division of Fairchild Aerospace in Germany as Director of System Engineering on the new Dornier 728 Low-Wing Regional Jet and subsequently as Chief of Engineering for the High-Wing Aircraft Programs where he completed the certification of the Dornier 328 Jet. He also served as Program Manager and Systems Engineering Manager with CAE, the world re-known Flight Simulator manufacturer.
