MORAG ROBINSON
Morag Robinson is a Senior Instructor/Consultant with Procept Associates Ltd. She has over 20 years in business analysis, project management and training roles for a major Canadian retailer.
Morag’s career in BA has spanned many business streams including credit, stores, supply chain management and finance. For the last 5 years Morag’s main focus has been on an enterprise wide business intelligence system for stores, vendors and merchants. In addition to her role as a BA on this project and many others, Morag has provided training programs for external vendors and facilitated the training of staff prior to systems implementations. Morag has also worked as project manager for a large infrastructure project and a reporting system for over 1000 vendors. Morag has presented at business intelligence conferences in Canada & the US.
Morag has an Honours BA in Psychology, an MBA from Queen’s University, and she holds the Certified Business Analysis Professional designation. Morag is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis.
