This is a 1-day introductory project management workshop with a difference. Participants undertake a live project to build a physical structure within a time constraint. As the project management techniques are introduced through the day, participants apply them to the simulation in successive rounds, and the improvement in their project execution become evident in a compelling way. Not only is the learning intense; it is also fun!

The Project Management Simulation workshop is appropriate for individuals who manage and work on smaller, perhaps informal, projects, who have not previously had project management training.
PREREQUISITE
There is no prerequisite for this course. It functions as a stand-alone course.
