Terry Aldebert CBAP, CAPM is a Senior Consultant / Instructor with Procept Associates Ltd. Terry previously worked as a Business Analyst in banking, public service and in regulatory not-for-profit, and as a Project Manager in banking and public service.
During Terry’s tenure in the banking industry, her focus was mainly electronic banking, including ABM, telephone banking and online banking, as well as the mortgage and insurance lines of business. Within public service, Terry completed a large business process review project which included enhancing the processes for 4 large City of Toronto divisions. She also worked as a Project Manager for a project which aimed to provide a centralized call centre for all city information and operations.
Terry is actively involved in volunteering within her community. She is a volunteer and program coordinator for a community gardening group, as well for a relief and development non-profit which focuses on development in Lesotho, Africa.
Terry holds a diploma in applied science, and is currently completing a Bachelor of Arts at University of Toronto in geography and politics. She has been trained on Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Terry is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis, and the Project Management Institute. For Procept, she consults in Business Analysis, and instructs in our certificate program at University of Toronto and elsewhere.
