Anthony Tsoukanas is a project management consultant, educator and facilitator. He has gained his expertise over many years as a project management practitioner. His broad work experience includes civil engineering, software development, defence, aerospace, business systems, and human resource development; with a variety of public and private organizations.

His roles have included planning and control manager, project manager, and consultant on large projects. He was a pioneer in the application and evolution of PERT/CPM project management techniques. He has guest-lectured at professional conferences and at universities, and has received awards from the Project Management Institute and from the International Society for Performance Improvement.

As a consultant and facilitator, his clients have included RCMP, Transport Canada, Revenue Canada, Department of National Defence, Jacques Whitford, Exchanger Industries, Statscan, Human Resources Development Canada, Fisheries and Oceans, Bell, Alcatel Signals, Department of Foreign Affairs, and Public Works and Government Services Canada.

Anthony leads seminars in project management at many university certificate programs across Canada, and has published internationally. He has developed programs for senior officials in project and resource management.

Anthony Tsoukanas holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Arts degrees from Concordia University, and a Graduate Education diploma from McGill University. He has studied engineering and computer science, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Anthony is a Senior Consultant with Procept Associates.
