The act balances the individuals’ right to privacy of personal information with the need of organizations to collect personal information for legitimate business purposes. In our case we interpret “personal information” to include a participant’s name, e-mail, billing and mailing address, results on a course test or tests from a third party (i.e. PMI, IIBA or ISEB), and responses on course evaluations. We will only use personal information to provide the services you have requested, for the continuous improvement of our course materials, and to update our customers on new products and promotions. We do not share personal information with third parties outside of Procept.
