Keith Farndale named a “First Assessor” for PMAC |
Keith Farndale, Procept's Founder and President, has been appointed one of the 5 “First Assessors” by PMAC -- the newly emerging Project Management Association of Canada. PMAC is the new Canadian “National Member Association” within IPMA -- the International Project Management Association. PMAC will be using the IPMA “Competence Baseline” and its 4-level certification framework. Keith will therefore be assessing people’s qualifications to become a Certified Projects Director, Certified Senior Project Manager, Certified Project Manager, and Certified Project Management Associate. UPCOMING ITIL® PRESENTATION
On Monday, October 20th, between 5:30 and 7:30pm in downtown Toronto, Elizabeth Barclay will be giving a presentation on ITIL® V3 Lifecycle: Service Design. |
In this presentation, Elizabeth will briefly cover the ITIL V3 Lifecycle and then focus on the Service Design Phase. There are seven processes in this phase: Service Catalog and Service Level Management, and Availability, Capacity, Continuity, and Security Management. For each process Elizabeth will discuss the objectives, benefits, and at a high level, the activities undertaken.
