- You must attend 100% of the course.
- Your exam application must be accepted by PMI® and you have to write the test in the 3-month period after the last day of the course. We will require the documentation for approval.
- If you are unsuccessful on your first PMP® attempt, you are eligible to attend the next Comprehensive Project Management Seminar for free within one year from the exam fail date.
- You are eligible for email support that will consist of responses to specific questions, and one hour of telephone or in-person coaching.
- You must attend 100% of the course.

- If you are unsuccessful on your first attempt, you are eligible to attend our next ITSM Foundation V3 course for free and Procept will pay your re-examination fee.
- If you are unsuccessful on your second attempt, Procept will provide a one-on-one coaching session, limited to three hours, with our ITIL Expert trainer. You will be responsible for your own ITIL exam fee for any subsequent re-examinations following the second attempt.
- You must have at least 3 years work experience in an IT Department.
- You must have at least one year experience using the ITIL Framework.
- You have studied the pre-class materials and answered associated questions before course start date.
- You must achieve at least 75% on our mock ITIL exam.
- You must attend 100% of the class with no distractions.
- If you are unsuccessful on your first attempt, you are eligible to attend our next ITSM Intermediate course for free and Procept will pay your re-examination fee.
- If you are unsuccessful on your second attempt, Procept will provide a one-on-one coaching session, limited to three hours, with our ITIL Expert trainer. You will be responsible for your own ITIL re-examination fee for any subsequent re-examinations following the second attempt.
