  1. I’m not sure which course best meets my professional development requirements. Is there someone that can help me choose the right course?

  3. How do I take a course at locations where Procept has University partners?
  4. Procept is proud to present its courses in partnership with five universities across Canada. If you are interested in taking a course in a city where Procept has a University partner, please click on the link to the University’s website and register directly with the University.

  5. If I take a course at one of Procept’s University partner, do I get a Procept’s certificate or a University’s certificate?
  6. If you are attending our course at one of our university partners, you will be awarded a certificate of completion by that University. However, in special cases we can also award you a Procept certificate. Please contact us for more details.

  7. What are the payment instructions for registration?
  8. Procept accepts credit cards, purchase orders and cheque as methods of payment. Accepted credit cards are American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. Purchase orders should name 'Procept Associates Ltd.' as the vendor. Cheques should be made out to 'Procept Associates Ltd.'. All courses must be paid for before the start of the first class.

  9. What happens if a course is cancelled?
  10. Procept may have to cancel a course due to low enrollment. In such a case, a full refund will be made. Procept will not be responsible for participant’s expenses including travel, hotel or cancellation fees.

  11. What are the terms and conditions for cancelling a course?
  12. A 20% cancellation fee applies for cancellations received up to fourteen (14) business days before the course. You may apply this fee (without any penalty) towards a future course for a one year period. Any cancellation up to five (5) business days before the course is subject to the entire course fee, which you may apply towards a future course for a one year period, conditional upon the availability.

    The course fee is non-transferrable and non refundable five (5) business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
    Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you will still be responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.

  13. When do I receive a confirmation for the course that I have registered?
  14. Once an order is placed online or by telephone, an email will immediately be sent out confirming receipt of the registration with the date, times and location (if it is available). You will also receive a reminder e-mail one week before the course.

  15. Why isn’t a specific location for the class mentioned in my confirmation letter?
  16. One week prior to the course, you will receive a confirmation email with the course, date, times and location. If there are any changes in the location, we will notify you immediately via email or telephone regarding the new location.

  17. What is the daily schedule for a classroom course?
  18. Classroom courses usually run from 9:00am – 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch and two short coffee breaks in the morning and the afternoon. Occasionally classes run 8:30pm - 4:30pm.

  19. How do I report the PDUs I earn with Procept to the PMI?
  20. To report your Professional Development Units (PDUs), you will need to submit a PMP® Professional Development Activities Reporting Form directly to PMI®. For more details about this process visit www.PMI.org. If you have taken our course at one of our university partners which is not an REP, we can issue you a letter confirming that you have attended a course delivered by a PMI REP.

  21. Can Procept deliver a course in-house at my facility?
  22. If your company has a group of eight or more employees to train, we can schedule a private course at your company’s site with corporate discounts. Contact us for more information or to request a quote.
