Project Planning

Project planning defines a method to complete a project within a certain timeframe and budget, usually with defined stages, and with designated resources.

Procept’s consultants facilitate project planning activities such as defining the project scope, negotiating sessions between outside and inside consultants for buy in, development of a Work Breakdown Structure and identification of Critical Path Network, resource allocation, project baseline, and analyzing progress compared to the baseline using earned value management.
