Design of ITIL® ProcessesThe design and development of ITIL® processes typically involves understanding the company's business strategy and IT strategy; and assessment of the maturity level of the existing processes. The desired future state of a process is determined, using extensive client input and both qualitative and quantitative tools, by the level of IT Services which will be required to support the business strategy in short and long term. The next step is the review of the existing work done in the area and facilitation of various workshop sessions to develop a work breakdown structure that identifies the work packages required for the design and implementation of each of the process. If the scope includes identification of supporting software tools; we can provide an overview of the leading products or suppliers through building a high-level specification of the tools required to support the implementation of the process; identifying candidate tools in the market place; comparing tools with specification; and prepare a report of the leading tools, including suppliers of the tools in all the major cities in Canada and US.
