TERRY ALDEBERT
Terry Aldebert is a Senior Instructor with Procept Associates Ltd. Terry previously worked as a Business Analyst in banking, municipal government, health care and in regulatory not-for-profit.
During Terry’s tenure in the banking industry, her focus was mainly electronic banking, including ABM, telephone banking and online banking, as well as the mortgage and insurance lines of business. Within public service, Terry completed a large business process review project which included enhancing the processes for
four large City of Toronto divisions. She also worked as a Project Manager for a project which aimed to provide a centralized call centre for all city information and operations. Currently, Terry works for a health agency and is responsible for automating and re-engineering business processes within the organization.
Terry is actively involved in volunteering within her community. She is a volunteer and program coordinator for a community gardening group, and the membership chair for her sailing club.
Terry’s education is in applied science, geography and politics. She has been trained on Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Terry is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis, and the Project Management Institute and holds both her Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certifications. For Procept she instructs in our certificate program at Simon Fraser University and elsewhere.
